I saw in the newspaper today that there are several fairs going on around the KC area over the next couple weeks. So here’s a question for all you brides and grooms…anyone want to do an engagement shoot at the fair? I’m thinking at night, with the lights of the carnival rides as the backdrop....

Staci and Bret just celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary, and thought it was a great time to get some family portraits. We had a great time with their beagle, Lewis, running around the Nelson. I’m not sure what to call the after-your-wedding-not-afraid-to-get-the-dress-dirty bridal sessions, other than FREAKING FUN! Jenny and I had a blast running around the farm at Stony Point Hall. Russ & Lucretia were super helpful, thank you! Jenny was awesome as usual, and not afraid to climb around in her dress. The few dozen chigger bites...
